The process

Initial Contact
Contact us by phone, email, or through our online form. Our admissions team will answer your questions, explain our programs, and guide you through the first steps to enrollment process for your child to begin enrollment.

Intake Consultation
We schedule a confidential intake meeting, either in-person or virtual. During this meeting, we gather important information about your child’s history, needs, and family goals to personalize services.

Comprehensive Evaluation
If needed, we conduct a Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE). This evaluation identifies your child’s strengths and challenges and helps create a treatment plan tailored to their individual development.

Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) Development
Based on evaluation results, we design a personalized Individual Treatment Plan (ITP). It includes clearly defined goals, recommended therapy services, and a schedule to support your child’s growth.
